A MAN was shot dead by two unidentified gunmen on motorcycle in Minglanilla Thursday night.

Nyjeon Trazona Ortega, 24, resident of Ward 1, Minglanilla, Cebu, was walking with his girlfriend at 9:30 that night when the two men drove by and fired at Ortega.

Ortega sustained five gunshot wounds in different parts of his body.

Fled

The assailants fled.

The victim was brought to Minglanilla District Hospital by a concerned citizen, but he failed to make it to the hospital alive.

Responding police officers found four empty shells of cal .45 pistol at the crime scene.
