ROBIN Padilla and Mariel Rodriguez are excited to welcome another addition to their family.

Rodriguez recently announced that she's three months pregnant. The "It's Showtime" host shared the pregnancy was unexpected but said they are hopeful that she will make it to full term this time.

To recall, Rodriguez had suffered two miscarriages.

"So far, so good. This is my longest pregnancy, so feeling ko ito na talaga 'yon. This is it. Noong umpisa pa nga, in denial pa ako, sabi ko, 'Huh? Hindi siguro.' So, it's really a blessing. We're really so happy," she said.

Padilla, who was initially disapproving of having another child, said he is now fully supporting his wife's pregnancy.

The actor said that even though he is not the one pregnant, he could feel the sufferings of his wife.

Laging kapag nag-uumpisa ang pagbubuntis niya, laging namamatay 'yong bata sa loob," he said.

Padilla revealed the television host is currently taking Heparin for her antibodies and shots of insulin for gestational diabetes.

He added that they also need to practice abstinence.

No contact. 'Yon ang sakripisyo, mabigat," the actor said.

But Padilla said he's excited and looking forward to meeting their child.

"Excited ako kasi masaya siya. Talagang lahat pinagdaanan niya.

Rodriguez and Padilla tied the knot on August 19, 2010 at the Taj Mahal in India. (Sunnex)
