THE Cebu Provincial leg of the Milo Best Small Basketeers Philippines (SBP)/Passerelle tournament kicks off on Sunday with a four-game calendar at the Cebu Eastern College (CEC) Gym.
The rebuilding CEC squad will face off against the rookie team of University of the Visayas (UV) in a double SBP/Passerelle showdown.
Defending Cebu SBP champion and Visayas Finals runner-up University of San Carlos (USC) South Campus faces off against another rookie teamof the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R), while USC South’s Passerelle squad goes up against the Southwestern University (SWU). (PR)
