ILOILO City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog has named Donnalyn Rose Acap as officer-in-charge of the Transportation Management and Traffic Regulation Office (TMTRO).

Acap was head of TMTRO operations before her appointment, which took effect Monday.

Acap takes over as OIC while TMTRO chief Jose Tengco is on sick leave.
