Outage info now accessible through e-mail

POWER consumers in the franchise area of Davao Light and Power Company (DLPC) can get their advisory of the rotational daily power outages through email.

Ross Luga, Davao Light's corporate communications officer, said customers can write to them to davaolight@aboitiz.com and request for the schedules.

"We will highly appreciate if they can also indicate their Davao Light account number," Luga said.

By having the customer's e-mail addresses matched with their account number/s, Davao Light will have the opportunity to communicate with them directly, and vice-versa, in connection with their account.

Right now, Davao Light is regularly sending other news and information to customers who are already part of its mailing list.

Earlier, the power distributor announced that the outage information can be availed of in many ways.
