ANGELES CITY - Operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Team (CIDT) here have recovered the missing three Toyota Innova vehicles, which were allegedly sold without the owners consent.

The first to be recovered last Sunday was the one owned by one Lenny Bermudo of Makati City with Land Transportation Office conduction sticker no. AZ 9682.

Chief Inspector Glenn Silvio, CIDT-Pampanga chief, said Grace Manio, a resident of Barangay Sto, Domingo in this city rented the vehicle.

Silvio said Manio had pawned the vehicle to Allan Villapaña of Barangay Pandan here for P100,000 without the consent of Bermudo.

CIDT operatives were able to recover the vehicle. When accosted, Silvio said Manio had revealed the other rented vehicles her group allegedly pawned.

Because of Manio's testimony, two other Innova vehicles with license plates ZFE-881 and RGZ-637 were recovered from Renee Rosemarie Manio and Ricky Nepomuceno in Hensonville Subdivision in Barangay Malabanias here.

Silvio said the recovered vehicles had been turned over to their respective owners, while appropriate charges await the suspects. (JAM)
