FORMER sexy actress Rufa Mae Quinto has given birth to a healthy baby girl.

Quinto and husband Trevor Magallanes welcomed their first child, Alexandria Athena Magallanes, on Friday evening, February 17 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Magallanes, in an Instagram post, said it was "love at first sight" when he finally met his daughter.

"I'm not going to lie, I feel a little dizzy after seeing you come to life. Mabuhay anak, welcome to what is known as life. Enjoy it and I hope u live it by your mother's famous words "todo na to!" he also wrote.

The couple tied the knot in November in front of their closest family and friends.

The actress said marrying Magallanes is a dream came true.

"I always pray to have a family of my own. It's a dream and now it's a reality. My dreams came true. You gave your life, your surname, your love and the fruit our love, our little one," she said. (SunStar Philippines)
