FROZEN. The Court of Appeals (CA) has released an order freezing all the assets, amounting to P76 million, of suspected Central Visayas drug lord Franz Sabalones.

NO NEW INMATES. The Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) is still not accepting prisoners from municipal police offices due to its congested cells.

ARRESTED. The Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) arrested 100 persons after the PNP’s anti-drugs operations resumed two days ago.
