STILL FRIENDS. Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Ronald Dela Rosa said Monday that he and House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez remain "in good terms" even after the latter called for his resignation.

ENOUGH. Senator Vicente Sotto III, who chairs the Senate Ethic Committee, confirmed that his panel has found two of the five ethics complaints against Senator Leila de Lima "sufficient in form and substance."

IMPACT AND CHANGE. Duterte said they now have the opportunity to "make an impact and aspire change."
