A BARANGAY tanod was rushed to the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) hospital after he sustained multiple gunshot wounds in a shooting incident that happened in Tugbok District on Monday evening.

Tugbok Police identified the victim as Antonio Caseliote Paner, a resident of SitioSaro, Barangay Manuel Guianga, Tugbok District.

Initial investigation conducted by Police Officer 3 Jay T. Restuaro, of Tugbok Police, showed the victim was urinating when shot.

The police are still testing the de-formed slug found at the crime scene to identify the caliber of firearm used in the incident.

Police Chief Inspector Irene G. Cabunay, station commander of Tugbok Police, along with other police personnel still do not have any suspect. (KRP)
