CLARK FREEPORT -- There's a new sushi bar offering tasty flavors at affordable prices at SM City Clark.

Oishi Maki by Chef Fuzion offers Japanese favorites including California maki, dragon roll, crunchy kani maki and spicy tuna maki starting from P65 to P85 for four pieces.

The sushi store also offers baked sushi and sushi platters.

Chef Randy Molina, a native of Calamba, Laguna, is the creator of Oishi Maki.

"I wanted ordinary people like students and average earning Filipinos to taste sushi because we all know that it is expensive especially in Japanese restaurants," Molina shared.

Molina added that despite the affordable price, his sushi creations are restaurant-level in terms of taste.

"Our sushi are fresh, healthy, and affordable. We guarantee our creations' authentic Japanese taste infused with unique Filipino taste," he said.

Molina worked as a chef for 20 years in local restaurants and abroad, but his love for family made him come back home and start his own business.

Oishi Maki SM City Clark is located in front of the mall's Business Center near the SM Hypermarket.
