13 LTO-Central Luzon personnel positive in rapid test

AT LEAST 13 personnel of the Land Transportation Office (LTO)-Central Luzon have tested positive in the rapid testing.

According to LTO Assistant Regional Director Danny Martinez, the personnel are deployed in the regional center and various provincial and district offices across Central Luzon.

These include three in the regional office, two each from San Rafael and Meycauayan Bulacan District Offices, and one each Regional Operations Center; district offices in San Fernando District Office; San Jose City, Nueva Ecija; San Rafael, Bulacan; Gapan, Nueva Ecija; and Bataan.

Martinez said all employees will undergo swab testing to confirm if they have contracted the coronavirus disease (Covid-19).

Affected LTO offices were also temporarily closed down to give way for the disinfection activities, he added.
