THE Provincial Government of Pampanga, led by Governor Dennis Pineda, led the distribution of cash assistance to indigent families of Santa Rita town the other day.

Some 2, 919 residents received P3,000 each under the Cash Assistance for Needy Kapampangans program of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office. Pineda said that the financial aid is a response to the needs of Kapampangans who have been reeling from the effects of the pandemic and soaring oil prices.

Just before this week, some 3,000 Kapampangans from the towns of Arayat and San Luis received financial assistance from the provincial government which were personally handed by Pineda.
