PAMPANGA. Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) OIC/acting president and CEO Jaime Alberto Melo (left) slices the cake during the inauguration of the Philippine Airlines (PAL) flight service between Antique (IATA:EUQ) and the Clark International Airport (IATA:CRK).
