Billboard along NLEX collapses

A BILLBOARD located along the stretch of North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) collapsed into a residential area in Barangay Balucuc, Apalit town.

The huge billboard is traversed by hundreds of motorists each day, and is near a residential area in Apalit town.

A netizen, Cassy Silvestre Cunanan, who witnessed the incident posted a video on Facebook which garnered over a hundred shares, reactions and comments. In the video, the billboard was seen swaying before collapsing.



The billboard stands about 50 feet from the ground is made of metal.

The billboard owner and concerned local officials are yet to issue a statement regarding the matter.
