Candaba, Arayat barangay workers get free check-ups

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO At least 1,167 barangay workers from the towns of Candaba and Arayat recently received free medical check-ups.

Under the “Alagang Nanay Preventive Healthcare Program,” local folks received free medical attention at the Mexico Isolation Facility on March 3.

Beneficiaries also received free medicine and food packs from the capitol. Meanwhile, those who needed immediate treatment and surgery have been referred to specialists.

Vice Governor Nanay, together with ABC President Gabby Mutuc, greeted the beneficiaries and thanked them for supporting the programs of the provincial government.

Pineda said it is necessary to ensure the health of the town guards in order to serve the Kapampangans better.
