Candaba unveils new seal

CANDABA - The municipality of Candaba has unveiled its newly-designed official seal.

The new seal features a vast farmland which represent the municipality as among the top agricultural producers in the country.

It also shows a laurel wreath with 33 leaves which stands for the town’s barangays, and cantaloupe, watermelon, duck and tilapia which are among the main produce of the municipality.

Meanwhile, the twelve dots symbolizes the mayor, vice mayor, and 10 members of the Sangguniang Bayan.

The colors of the Philippine flag and the three stars which stands for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao are also seen on the emblem.

The new municipal seal has already been approved by the Office of the President, and was officially adopted by the local council.

It shall now be used on all documents and official representation of the local government and the municipality.
