A FOREIGN national wanted for alleged homicide was arrested by authorities in Clark Freeport Zone, Mabalacat City on Tuesday, June 15, 2021.

Police Regional Office (PRO)-Central Luzon Director Valeriano De Leon identified the arrested person as Zhihui Yan, a Chinese national but was residing Mabalacat City.

Yan was allegedly the primary suspect for the shooting that lead to the death of another foreign national identified as Jin Hua Wu in April 2020.

The suspect was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant for homicide issued by Regional Trial Court Third Judicial Branch 116 in Angeles City.

He was brought to the Angeles City Police Station 2 for documentation and proper disposition pending court order.
