IN CELEBRATION of Women's Month, the City Mobile Force Company (CMFC) hosted a caravan for 100 women in Angeles City, Pampanga recently.

Initiated by CMFC Police Lieutenant Colonel Karen Clark and her team, the caravan treated 100 women from Barangay Amsic with hygiene and beauty kits, baby supplies, vitamins, and free check-ups provided by the police company’s partners.

The hygiene kits, which included a mask, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and towel, were distributed by fashion designer Mich Viray and her team from Casa Moda.

According to Viray, the “masklasakit” masks included in the kit were specially designed for women.

Aside from hygiene kits, Viray also distributed Beautéderm products donated by its Chief Executive Officer Rhea Anicoche Tan.

Councilor Jaycee Aguas also attended the event and distributed food packs.

Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting also sent vitamins for the women beneficiaries.

Dr. Ailynne Vergara-Wijangco shared tips on skincare and distributed skincare kits during the caravan.

Kahamis products owner Melbert De Padua also distributed skincare products.

During the caravan, Divine Grace Birthing Home provided free prenatal check-ups, distributed baby diapers and baby baths, and contraceptives.

The birthing home also gave away coupons for a free normal delivery at their clinic.

The caravan was also supported by Barangay Amsic Captain Ronnie Rogando, and make-up artist Shayne Galang.
