MAGALANG -- Mayor Romy Pecson has asked drug reformists to surrender and return to God for grace and forgiveness.

The town mayor issued this statement during the graduation rites of scores of Magalang residents from Barangays San Antonio and San Roque who completed a drug rehabilitation program.

Habang tayo ay nabubuhay, laging maryoong pagasa," Pecson said.

Lieutenant Colone Henry Flores, the town's chief of police, and Liga ng mga Barangay President Jun Marimla graced the event.

The drug reformists thanked local police and the local government for their support.

The reformists received a certificate of completion during the graduation rites.
