A FILIPINO-Vietnamese national allegedly involved in large-scale estafa was arrested in the City of San Fernando on Sunday, April 18, 2021.

The suspect, identified as Hieu Phan, 26, a resident of Lubao town, was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued in Taguig City.

Phan was allegedly the leader of Phan Vhan criminal group involved in swindling and other forms of deceit that amassed hundreds of millions of pesos.

Confiscated from the suspect were two handguns, a grenade, motorcycle and assorted identification cards.
