THE total number of confirmed coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases in Pampanga has reached 23,364, according to the latest data from the Department of Health (DOH).

The DOH data showed that for June 19 alone, 106 new cases have been recorded in Pampanga. Some 977 of the total confirmed cases are currently active, while 21,627 have recovered from the disease.

The DOH said 27 deaths have been recorded in the province in the last 14 days.

Data from the Pampanga Information Office (PIO), however, showed that the total number of deaths in Pampanga has reached 1,060 cases.

The PIO also reported 2,326 active cases and 18,430 recoveries in the province.

It added that the total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases Pampanga was 21,816.
