THE Pampanga II Electric Cooperative (Pelco 2) has announced an eight-hour power interruption on Wednesday, October 30 in Mabalacat City.

The power outage, which will start at 12:05 a.m. until 8 a.m., will affect some parts of villages San Francisco Atlu Bola, Mabiga, Dolores, Mamatitang, Mangalit, Poblacion, Bundagul, San Joacgquin, Santa Ines, Santa Maria, Santo Rosario, and Tabun.

Pelco 2 is set to relocate the poles in Barangay Santa Ines which were affected by the road widening project of the Department of Public Works and Highways.

The electric cooperative will also conduct hot spot correction at the Mabiga substation.

Other works include the insertion of poles for the AVR at Casmor Subdivision in Barangay Mabiga as part of Pelco 2’s operation and maintenance.

The electric cooperative management advised the public to take precautionary measures.
