A HOTEL here in Clark Freeport has ushered in the holiday celebrations with the lighting of an outdoor 35-feet Christmas tree.

Royce Hotel and Casino’s first outdoor Christmas tree shines bright, painting the night skies with holiday colors.

The tall Christmas tree was officially lit up by Royce executives and staff led by General Manager William Avendaño and Hotel Resident Manager Orlan Castillo on Thursday, November 28, 2019.

“We have many holiday activities this year, so we thought of having a big celebration,” Avendaño shared noting that it’s their first time to hold a big celebration.

The Republic Central Colleges (RCC) Himig Musika set in the mood with their performance of Christmas songs during the lighting ceremonies.

RCC Chorale was the two-time defending champion of Awit Paskuhan Choir Competition in Pampanga.

Royce Chorale composed of hotel employees also performed their rendition of Christmas songs.

During the lighting ceremony, Royce gave appreciation to its top performing clients and preferred suppliers.

The hotel also gave away merchandises to guests through a roulette game.

Aside from the outdoor Christmas tree, Royce has two more indoor Christmas trees, one at the lobby and another one at its casino.

Royce general manager Avendaño said guests can expect bigger celebrations at the hotel in two to three years once its new building is completed.
