CLARK FREEPORT -- The Office for Transportation Security (OTS) has heightened its security in anticipation of the high volume of passengers traveling during the observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.

The office urged aviation stakeholders to strictly implement security measures under Security Condition Level 2 (Secco 2).

Acting on the directive of Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade, the OTS has outlined the security procedures under Secco 2 for better understanding by the riding public.

OTS Administrator Raul L. Del Rosario also appealed for the cooperation of passengers while undergoing security checks.

He also reminded that procedures may change from time to time to achieve the highest level of security.

He likewise ordered strict implementation of security protocols prescribed by the agency for ports, bus terminals and rail stations.
