GIHANGOP sa mga kawani sa Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) 7 ang ilang bag-ong regional director nga si Atty. Marion Sevilla, kinsa nisaad sa digitization alang sa pagserbisyo sa Central Visayas.

Si Sevilla nagsugod sa iyang karera isip Attorney III ug na-promote ngadto sa Attorney IV sa Dole Legal Service-Central Office.

Nahimo siya nga mediator-arbiter sa Dole NCR sa 2008 hangtod nahimong Director III sa samang Regional Office sa 2019.

Sa Hunyo sa samang tuig, si RD Sevilla nahimong OIC-Assistant Regional Director sa Dole NCR ug pipila ka buwan, gitudlo nga full-fledged Assistant Regional Director.

“This is my first time away from DOLE NCR. This is also my first time taking the responsibility as OIC-Regional Director. This is a new responsibility and significant task for me. However, I will make every effort to meet your expectations and I will do my best to discharge my duties and responsibilities here in Region-7 and I will ensure an objective, unbias, equitable and fair decision for the betterment of the programs and services of this department,” matod sa iyang press release.
