A DEAD body of a 26-year-old missing person was discovered in Catarman, Northern Samar recently.

Authorities identified the victim as Racky Fedelino Balleta, single, unemployed, and a resident of Barangay Imelda of the said town.

Balleta had been missing since September 5, 2021, the victim’s family told the authorities on Wednesday, September 15, 2021.

His body was already in a state of decomposition when it was discovered at the Sitio Iraya in Barangay Imelda.

Initial investigation disclosed that Balleta was under the influence of intoxicating liquor when he went missing.
