A SERIES of police operations across Eastern Visayas has led to the arrest of one most wanted person and 14 other law violators on Tuesday, September 14, 2021.

Venny Miano, who is listed as rank 1 most wanted person in the provincial level of Northern Samar Police, was apprehended for rape.

“These undertakings must be constantly emulated and incessantly carried out properly,” said Brigadier General Rommel Bernardo Cabagnot, the police regional director.

“Hence, we must perform as a team wholly dedicated to delivering service to the people of Eastern Visayas,” the official added.

Meanwhile, the police regional command said four alleged members of New People’s Army voluntarily surrendered on September 14, 2021.

The surrenderers also turned in one caliber .357 pistol, one caliber .38 revolver, one Carbine M1, one KG9 sub-machinegun, two magazines, and 38 live ammunition. (SunStar Philippines)
