Northern Samar town’s ‘most wanted person’ nabbed

POLICE arrested on Friday, January 3, the “most wanted person” of San Roque, Northern Samar.

The suspect, Federico "Nonoy" Dongoya, 39, a barangay councilor and resident of Coroconog, was nabbed around 2 p.m. Friday in Barangay Zone-1, San Roque. He has been charged with rape.

Chief Master Sergeant Michael Mingollo nabbed Dongoya by virtue of a warrant of arrest dated October 18, 2019 and issued by Judge Alma Consuelo Desales-Esidera of the Regional Trial Court 8th Judicial Region, Branch 20 in Catarman, Northern Samar.
