TWO alleged gun-for-hires were arrested in manhunt operation in Zamboanga del Sur province, the police said Friday, November 09.

Chief Inspector Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, identified the arrested suspects as Eduardo Selim, 44 and Alex Bonsalao. They are in the watch list of gun-for-hires based in Zamboanga del Sur.

Galvez said the two were arrested around 6 a.m. Thursday at Purok 2 in the village of Matalang, Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur.

She said the two have standing warrant of arrest for the crime of homicide with P80,000 recommended bail issued by the court of Aurora, on November 5. (SunStar Philippines)
