4 nabbed, drug den dismantled in Zamboanga City

FOUR suspects were arrested as a joint police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) anti-drug operation dismantled a drug den in Zamboanga City, an official said Saturday, January 28, 2023.

Police Colonel Alexander Lorenzo, Zamboanga City Police Office director, said the drug den was dismantled in an anti-drug operation around 9:30 p.m. Thursday, January 26, in Tugbungan village, Zamboanga City.

Lorenzo identified the arrested suspects as Roger Baghari, 56; Laurel Lasola, 41; Bert Marquez, 37; Jeremy Aroy, 26.

Lorenzo said confiscated from the drug den were some 15 grams of suspected shabu worth P102,000, illegal drug paraphernalia and P500 marked money.

He said the suspects were detained while formal charges are set to be filed against them. (SunStar Zamboanga)
