AN ALLEGED “contract assassin” listed as one of the most wanted persons was arrested in a law enforcement operation in Zamboanga del Sur province, the police said Saturday, June 23.

Arrested was Otto Buisan, 48, according to Chief Inspector Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer.

Galvez said Buisan was arrested in by way of service of warrant of arrest around 4:30 p.m. Friday at Purok Malipayon in Combo village, Labangan.

She said Buisan has standing warrant of arrest for the crime of murder with no recommended bail and is listed as the Top 9 most wanted in Labangan town. (Bong Garcia/SunStar Philippines)
