A HIGH-VALUE target (HVT) drug personality was arrested in a law enforcement operation in the province of Zamboanga del Norte, the police reported Wednesday, October 21, 2020.

Police Captain Edwin Duco, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, identified the arrested suspect as Jon Bert Anggang Lakkian, 21, a student.

Duco said Lakkian was arrested in a law enforcement operation by way of service of a warrant of arrest around 4 p.m. Tuesday in Olingan village, Dipolog City, the capital of Zamboanga del Norte.

He said Lakkian has a standing warrant of arrest for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 with no recommended bail issued on October 16, 2020, by the court of Dipolog City. (SunStar Zamboanga)
