GSIS-Bacolod holds virtual meet with agency officers, file handlers

THE Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) in Bacolod has conducted a virtual meeting with the Agency Authorized Officers (AAOs), Electronic Remittance File (ERF) Handlers and association heads of the various government agencies in Negros Occidental.

The webinar was participated by 148 attendees.

“This is a perfect avenue in threshing-out issues and concerns of agencies all about their GSIS Membership, Billing and Collection and Retirement Benefits,” the agency said.

Manager Cecilia Tenaja presented the latest updates on the policies and programs of the GSIS, specifically on the 90 percent Electronic Billing and Collection System (EBCS) threshold on loans requirement, Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) Plus and other issues and concerns.

Melanie Balbuena, staff officer III of Billing and Collection Unit, addressed all the queries of the participants, clarifications, issues and concerns together with Tenaja during an open forum. (PR)
