Capitol Christmas party brings holiday cheer to workers

Carla N. Canet

THE Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol employees have reveled all night long during their grand Christmas party held at the SMX Convention Center, SM Bacolod on December 17, 2019.

More than 3,000 employees of the Provincial Government attended the said Christmas party.

Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson, Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer, and the members of the Provincial Board made merry the Yuletide gathering of their employees which was leveled up this year.

It was also the time that Governor Lacson made an announcement about the employees’ extra cash gift P55,000 and P5,000 productivity enhancement incentive.

The employees celebrated further with the danceable performance of the FreeStyle band.

The venue was transformed into a huge dance floor with flickering dancing lights and an LED fogging machine that partially enclosed the partying employees.

It was a night to remember for everyone who attended the party as it was an opportunity to hear right from the horse’s mouth, as to how much is their extra cash gift, in the light of some chatters that this year is either bigger or a little lower than what was granted last year.

Similarly for those who won the exciting raffle prizes, they had fun.
