23 persons who use drugs undergo drug test in Sipalay City

TWENTY-THREE persons who use drugs (PWUD) underwent drug testing in Sipalay City recently.

The drug testing was done during the Community Based Rehabilitation Program (CBRP) held at Kyla's Event Hall, Barangay 2, Sipalay City attended by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Provincial Office.

The 23 PWUDs underwent drug testing and drug dependency assessment facilitated by the City Health Office of Sipalay City and assisted by PDEA personnel.

Present during the said activities were Executive Assistant Praem L Mediodia; Board Member Juvy Pepello, who is also the head of CBRP; Marc J. Catalbas, CBRP coordinator of the Provincial Health Office; Police Major James Latayon, officer-in-charge of Sipalay City Police Station; and officials of Barangay Gil Mantilla.

PDEA Comics were also distributed during the activity.
