4 drug suspects nabbed in Negros Occidental

POLICE in Negros Occidental arrested four suspected drug personalities in three separate operations from December 9 to 10.

In Silay City, Maricris Luberisco, 48, and Ruperto Lusabia, 57, both residents of Barangay Mambulac, were collared for selling and possessing illegal drugs on December 10.

Luberisco is a level-one high-value target, while Lusabia is a target-listed drug personality, police records show.

Police recovered from the suspects eight sachets of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) worth P40,000, coin purse, lighter, P234 cash, P500 marked money, and P2,500 boodle money.

In Escalante City, John Mandalupe, 36, of Barangay Old Poblacion, was arrested over the weekend after police seized from him four sachets of suspected shabu worth P1,200 and P500 marked money. He is a newly-identified drug personality.

In Bago City, Ronilo Javines, 64, of Barangay Napoles, was arrested on Sunday, December 9, after he allegedly yielded three sachets of suspected shabu worth P6,000, drug paraphernalia, cellular phone, P200 marked money, and P196 cash. He is a newly-identified drug personality. (GYM)
