BACOLOD CITY. In time for the Christmas season, Sabina Cerbo, a resident of Charito Heights in Barangay Granada who turned 105 years old last November 5, 2019 receives a cash incentive from the City Government on Thursday, December 26, handed by Mayor Evelio Leonardia and assisted by Councilor Israel Salanga, at the Bacolod City Government Center. Cerbo was accompanied by her niece, Joy Cruz, and Joy’s children. Bacoleño centenarians — those who have reached the age of 100 and above — are entitled to receive P100,000 cash from the City Government as mandated by City Ordinance No. 09-16-789.
