Cops nab one of Oro’s most wanted

THE number one most wanted person of Police Station 1 in Bacolod City was arrested at Purok Masinadyahon, Barangay 12, Wednesday afternoon.

Police identified the suspect as Justin Aguirre, 18, of Purok Bayanihan, Barangay Banago. Police Major Jovil Sedel, chief of Police Station, said Aguirre was arrested by virtue of arrest warrant for the crime of murder.

The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Eduardo Sayson of Regional Trial Court Branch 54 in Bacolod City with no bail recommended.

The suspect is detained at the custodial facility of Police Station 1 and will be endorsed to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

Meanwhile, a robbery suspect was arrested by security guard at Buena Park Subdivision, Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City yesterday afternoon.

Police identified the suspect as Ricky Alpeche, 35, of Barangay Villamonte. Police record showed that Alpeche was arrested by security guard Aladino Espanola at about 1:30 p.m. for stealing the aircon unit of Ric Legada at Buena Park Subdivision.

The suspect was endorsed to Police Station 4.
