A TURN-OVER of 42 units of newly refurbished M14 rifle was made during the traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on June 7, 2019 held at NOCPPO Ground, Camp Alfredo M Montelibano Sr., Bacolod City.

The repair of firearms was initiated and materialized through the efforts of Hon. Alfredo “Albee” Benitez, Congressman, 3rd District of Negros Occidental. It will be distributed to the Provincial Mobile Force Company as an addition to their firepower capability.

NOCPPO Director Colonel Romel Baleros said that he is grateful to the support extended by Benitez to the Provincial Police force as the stocked and unserviceable firearm is now ready to be used to keep the province safe and secured.
