Palgue: Vehicles with no plate, conduction stickers will be impounded

Teresa D. Ellera

NEGROS Occidental Provincial Police Director Colonel Romy Palgue warned Negrenses that using vehicles with no plate numbers, license plates and conduction stickers will be impounded.

Palgue said he had made the same order to all police station chiefs all over the province.

He made the order after the killing of Provincial Consultant Marton Cui in San Carlos City, Monday night, April 15, 2021, where two of the alleged involved vehicles have no plate numbers and conduction stickers.

Palgue warned that vehicles having no such important identification poses danger to the owner and the passengers as well.

He also appealed to the public to immediately report to the nearest police station any suspicious vehicle or motorcycle and even individuals to thwart any possible atrocities from happening like what happened to Cui.

"I told all the chiefs of police to impound vehicles having no license plates, conduction sticker," Palgue said.
