South Africa acting president at UCLG World Summit

SOUTH AFRICA. Acting President of South Africa Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma was the guest of honor and speaker at the ongoing World Summit of Local and Regional Leaders, convened by the United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG), in Durban, South Africa. Dlamini-Zuma, who delivered the keynote address at the opening ceremony, takes time to pose with Bacolod Mayor and LCP National President Evelio “Bing” Leonardia during the convention. Leonardia is representing the Philippines in the World Summit which is the largest gathering of mayors, presidents of associations, councilors, and local and regional practitioners from around the world.
