IT IS indeed the merriest time of the year! When I was a kid I always enjoyed gifts of candies, toys, new clothes and crisp bills. I always looked forward to Santa and my socks filled up with goodies on Christmas Eve.

As we get older, we come to realize that Christmas is not just about material possessions but imbibing Hope, Peace, Love and Joy in our hearts by preparing and welcoming Baby Jesus’ birth. A renewal of our covenant with Him!

Christmas activities

* The Rotary Club of Baguio Summer Capital Christmas Party 2018 at the Newtown Plaza Hotel. Festivities headed by Charter president Gil and Rotary Ann Lilia Bautista with program anchor Maria Aplaten and Sharon Cid to the delight of both kids and adults.

* The yuletide season and celebrating 50 years of community health services by Angelina Pharmacy and its affiliate Kayang Medical Diagnostic Center, Medical and Dental Clinics.

* A perfect Christmas gift of the Rogue Models PH to the ever-growing Baguio fashion community - the Rogue Magazine’s maiden issue and launching held December 20 at the City Light Hotel. Kudos to Jerson Campos (editor-in-chief), Jessie Jeng Navarro (creative art director), JC Taraya (style director) and co.
