TWO drug pushers were arrested by personnel of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) in an anti-drug operation last April 3.

The operation was conducted by the BCPO Drug Enforcement Unit, Intelligence Unit (CIU) and Station 1, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) regional office.

Arrested were Ivy Katherine Labi Maslan, 23, an online seller and tutor, and Jhunby Sioco Diaz, 36. Both are residents of Baguio City.

Police reported that the two conspired in selling more or less 2.5 grams of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) worth P10,000 to an operative who posed as a buyer.

Three sachets of shabu and the drug bust money were seized from the suspects.

Maslan and Diaz are now under police custody. Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 were filed against them.
