2 new Covid cases recorded in Oro

CAGAYAN de Oro continues to record single-digit new coronavirus infections, logging in only two new cases on Saturday, March 12, the City Health Office reported.

This brought the number of Covid-19 cases in the city to 25,735.

According to the City Health Office, all of the two new local cases are index cases.

Cagayan de Oro's active cases have also gone down to 50, of which 37 were admitted to the Northern Mindanao Medical Center and other hospitals in the city, and 13 were outpatients.

The city also registered 30 new coronavirus-positive persons who were now tagged as "recovered." This brought the total number of recoveries in Cagayan de Oro to 24,752.

The number of Covid-19 deaths in the city has remained at 933 in total.
