THE cumulative number of Covid-19 cases in Cagayan de Oro has reached 20,400 after only three more residents tested positive for the virus.

According to the City Health Office, of the three new local cases, two were local index cases and one local case with link.

Cagayan de Oro now has 191 active cases, 44 of whom were admitted to the Northern Mindanao Medical Center and other hospitals in the city and 147 were outpatients.

The city also registered four new recoveries. This brought the total number of recoveries in Cagayan de Oro to 19,360.

The total number of Covid-19 deaths in the city has now reached 849.
