CHINA Airlines commenced Thursday, December 1, 2022, its direct flight to Taipei from Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA).

The airline flies four flights weekly Monday, Thursday, and Saturday from MCIA using its Airbus A321neo aircraft with 180 seat capacity and a two-class configuration.

With the addition of this new carrier, MCIA now has 13 foreign and four Philippine-based airline partners and connecting to 27 domestic destinations and 10 international destinations. (KOC)
