Ford Philippines: A new milestone

Christian B. Quilo

FORD Philippines reaches a new milestone as it officially breaks ground for the construction of Ford Talisay, its 50th dealership in the country.

Last Feb. 5, Ford Philippines had the groundbreaking ceremony of its soon-to-rise facility down south.

In attendance during the groundbreaking were Andre Rafael Borromeo, general manager of Fairlane Automotive Ventures Inc. (Favi); Jose Daniel Borromeo, corporate planning head of Favi; Jonathan Legaspi, sales director of Ford Philippines; and PK Umashankar, managing director of Ford Philippines.

With a total floor area of 1,397 square meters, Ford Talisay will have a showroom area that can accommodate up to six cars and 12 service bays.

Ford aims to cater to the ever-growing demand of the Cebu market for excellent automotive products and services, especially in the south.

Furthermore, it promises to be the benchmark in terms of automotive sales and service delivery.

Clients can also look forward to the dealership’s modern look and feel featuring Ford Signature, the company’s new global dealership branding guidelines. Both interiors and exteriors will be optimized to provide any client a better experience.

Ford Talisay will also have state-of-the-art technological features that will make any client’s purchasing journey easier and more streamlined, from the moment he or she walks in the building to after-sales services.

This will be the fourth Ford facility in Cebu, including the showrooms in Nivel Hills (Lahug), Minglanilla and Mandaue.

Ford Talisay is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of this year.

The new facility is located in Cebu South Road Properties (SRP) Road, Cansojong, Talisay City.
