IT WAS a most endearing moment for the newlyweds (a second time around!), when Antonio “Tonying” Briones Blanco and Esmeragda “Lagdy” Tan Villa said their “I Do’s” at the Grand Convention Center one sultry, summer afternoon.

VIP executive Mandaue City Mayor Gabriel Luis “Luigi” Quisumbing officiated at the nuptial rites, in which 14 pairs of principal sponsors marched down the red carpet!
