THE 2019 Speechcom culminating event featured three Talento Cebuanos as role models. The event, held at Ayala Center Cebu and inspired by the Perlas Awards, was attended by partners of the project: the University of San Jose Recoletos, College of Arts and Sciences; Zonta Club of Cebu 1 and We Care Foundation.
